New Faculty Procedures

There are three changes to practices this year and a summary flyer is being printed that will appear in staff pigeonholes shortly.  In summary:

>

Tutorial attendance monitoring: A new register template for tutorials during teaching weeks is here and Level 3 and 4 registers should be returned to Subject Leaders at the end of each month (starting October).

>

Assessment approval: In addition to exam papers, courseworks now need to be submitted via School Offices to External examiners for approval.

>

Assessment and Feedback (Grade Centre): All coursework marks should be submitted to School Offices via Grade Centre, these marks being visible to students.  A guide to uploading marks is here.

Details of these procedures are here.  External Examiners have been informed by letter.

>

>

Cloud storage sanctioned by LJMU should be available soon through Windows 10 via Office 365 and OneDrive.
