Good practice sharing

Reporting issues with teaching spaces

The following guidance should be followed regardless of any online evaluation submitted via the ‘Rate My Room’ tool.

All networked PC hardware in classrooms and IT Suites (including Front of House):

LJMU HelpMe (click the Fix IT tile) or x5555 (option 1)* quoting the asset number.

Audio-visual facilities in standard classrooms:

Byrom St and Marybone: AVA-Byrom@ljmu.ac.uk or x2351*

Henry Cotton: hea-media@ljmu.ac.uk or x4128*

Facilities and equipment in laboratories:

Report to the technical staff that support that laboratory.

All other issues:

Estate Management Helpdesk x5555: Option 2 for repair/breakdown inc. heating, option 3 for other inquiries. Continually unresolved issues should be repeatedly reported.

*All classrooms should have a working telephone installed: Inform Estate Management if not.
