Photo Class Lists for Programmes
A reminder that SIS now has the facility to produce photo class lists for specific programmes/levels. From the Student Information System link on the staff home page, follow the ‘Photo Reports’ link under the ‘Module Catalogue’ link and check ‘Photos by programme’. Enter the ‘Term’ as 2104 and use the magnifying glass icon to search for an ‘Academic Programme’. Pick the course from the list or use the drop-down to search by ‘Description’. Enter the level you require and click ‘Generate’.
Fellow of the Higher Education Academy
(FHEA)
The University has a strategic target that all staff should have FHEA status or a relevant teaching qualification by 2017. Currently, there are around 70 Faculty staff who do not have FHEA status and are not enrolled on the University’s PGCert. These staff are invited to attend the following briefing sessions at EAQS, 5th Floor, Kingsway House. Please email Rach Boulter R.M.Boulter@ljmu.ac.uk to book a place.
Fellow: 10.00am – 11.00am, Tuesday 28th October
2.00pm – 3.00pm, Thursday 4th December
Senior Fellow: 10.00am – 11.00am, Monday 8th December

Coursework Schedules for Programmes
Thanks to module leaders for saving over 170 module guides on the \\jt2\scsguides file share. Foundation and UG Coursework titles and set/due dates have been automatically extracted from these and we now have complete coursework schedules for 4 programmes. Programme Leaders will determine if these are robust enough to share with students.
An copy of a schedule is shown at the link that follows. On the real schedules, students can select the option modules and/or groups that they have been allocated to so that the Schedule only displays dates relevant to them. http://www.staff.ljmu.ac.uk/phcpdent/BSc Biology FHEQ6.xlsx
Any guide(s) that you store on the file share should be the definitive versions. Any subsequent changes to set/due dates must be made to the guide stored on the file share if they are to reflected in coursework schedules.
